Payment Policy

  • Payment is expected at the time of services.

  • Fees for routine office visit and laboratory tests are also posted at your patient portal site. You are invited to review the fee schedule with the billing manager or receptionist, who will be happy to explain it in more detail. 

  • We only accept BCBS networks from the Health Marketplace (ObamaCare)
